Welcome to Spring Mountain Meadows Association!

 

The Spring Mountain Meadows Association is a non-profit corporation created to coordinate neighborhood communications, help preserve property values, and to maintain common properties of the association. Access to other pages of this website may be restricted to members only.

 

Spring Mountain Meadows is a quiet friendly neighborhood, situated on the McCall Golf Course along Cedars course holes 1-4. Ideally situated between town and Ponderosa State Park, with a pool, tennis courts, and gym included with the amenities of home ownership.

We are one of 4 local associations within the Master Association & Community of Spring Mountain Ranch. Homeowners in SMMA belong to two homeowners' associations, but dues are very reasonable.  Spring Mountain Ranch HOA (managed by Matt Caldwell at McCall Property Services) maintains the Ranch House Amenities and governs the entire Planned Unit Development and community. Owners in Spring Mountain Meadows pay HOA fees of $600/year to Spring Mountain Ranch (billed July 1) and $400/year to Spring Mountain Meadows (billed August 1).
